 Welcome to my blog! It is my little home in cyberspace to share those things that bring me peace.

So first, you're likely to ask - Why Indulgent Serenity? First we need to define the words....

Indulgent can be defined as - "done or enjoyed as a special treat or pleasure"

 "The definition of serenity is  a state of being calm, peaceful and untroubled." 

So this blog is about those things that I enjoy as a treat or pleasure and that bring me to a state of calm and more. Some that you will find here are my adventures in crochet and knit, baking and likely more often than not - my indoor plant addiction.

One thing about me is I go "all out" when I enjoy things. My kids might say I go overboard...while true, the whole seagoing theme is not peaceful enough for me - so we are here with Indulgent Serenity.
